There are 6 categories and a winner will be chosen from each category:. LATEST UPDATE: Following the cancelation of the event due to the ongoing pandemic the organisers have considered the various options with regards the entries that were carried over from and it was decided that the only fair thing to do is not to carry forward the entries.

Therefore, in October the entries for SSDT event will open online and if applications exceed the number of places available then the usual ballot process will take place. The organising committee felt this was the fairest way to move forward. We realise that this will be a massive disappointment to many people. However, we are making an early, logical decision to provide fans and everyone else involved in the event as much notice as possible.

Competitors who have entered the events will be contacted shortly after the two organising committees have met to decide on the way forward. With the closing date past, applications are now being processed for the SSDT. As agreed, any entrants who had a confirmed entry for the cancelled event will be carried forward to the trial. The take-up has been very positive with the majority of competitors re-applying. Although this is good news and shows that everyone is keen to get back out there it does unfortunatly means that there will be very few spaces available for the many applicants who did not get an entry for the cancelled event.

Below is an updated list of applications received as of 20th November. If you have submitted an application please check your name appears. If it does not and you have recieved an email confirmation please contact secretary ssdt. If you did not recieve an acknowledgement email please resubmit your details.

Those of you who had confirmed entries for this year's event will still need to submit an online application for next year's event in order for us to honour your entry. If you had a confirmed entry for this year's event you will also be getting an email from the secretary reminding you to apply to keep your eyes peeled for this.

Entries will close at the end of the day on Monday 30th November Preparations are underway for the Scottish Six Days Trial with all of the behind-the-scenes work kicking off. The organising committee confirmed that they were planning to hold the event as usual during the first week in May 3rd- 8th May As everyone will be aware there is a huge degree of uncertainty when planning anything in the near
