Can i deliver the RGB data to the output pin directly? Like I said, you don't have to do this manually. In fact, you shouldn't do this manually. All you should do is reject all the media types you can't handle in your transform filter, and just connect the source filter directly to your transform filter.
DirectShow will automatically insert filters inbetween the source filter and your transform filter as needed to make the connection. You don't need to do any of this yourself. I am a retired veteran IT specialist of 30 years and this issue has me stumped. This issue started yesterday when I played a movie trailer on Youtube of an upcoming movie.
Now every time I play any streaming video there is what appears to be old gaming music playing overtop of the movie audio. This all but mutes the movie video and plays loud in the foreground. If I stop the video the music stops. I start the video and the music continues. It has effected all steaming videos. Also, iHeartRadio is also effected. Here is things I have tested. Also is it possible for you to create this sort of graph in GraphEdit and reproduct the problem?

Certainly there should be no issues with the codec which handles this media type and format. Also is it possible for you to create this sort of graph in GraphEdit and reproduct the problem?
