Lotsa bicyclists in this area and the Is right down the street from arbitrage Ave. Very accessible to parks and public transportation. New restaurants and businesses are opening. Lots of family friendly restaurants. Play lots and parks aplenty! Holiday celebrations are fun. Many people do not pick up after their dogs.
But, there is a ton of open space and grass for the dogs to walk and play. People are always out and about. Lots of families and pups! There are also grassy areas along Logan ave that are unique in the city ".
Our elderly neighbors all keep their homes neat and decorate for holidays. Good place for coffee and more. Good sidewalks and restaurant. Great farmers market, dog park, parks, schools.
