To second what the others have said: When you download the file, windows will probably install framework first it did for me , then it progressed to installing the actual program. I selected only 'gallery and movie maker'. Works perfectly, thanks again mate. However, if did install and works fine. The cause of the problem might be that before installing the program itself, it needs to install Framework 3. Anyway, it works. I was so happy to find this. At first it said error but on 2nd try it was there at the bottom of the page. I needed to follow a couple of extra steps that my pc didn't have but it found them and installed and completed installation.
