Run the Hide Users program as administrator, select an available user from the drop down menu and it will tell you if the user is currently hidden or visible.

Click Start then Run and in the Open: box type or copy and paste diskmgmt. There should be three paritions listed in the top panel. One should be listed as unknown and about 2 MB may be up to 10 MB in size. Right click on it and select Delete Partition.
